USEFUL INFO

 

  • We offer daily departures in the morning, afternoon and evenings.

  • We arrange professional drivers, but there is as well a self- drive option available.

  • We offer 50% discount for children under 12 riding pillion with one of their parents.

  • Minimum group size is 2 people. If you book as a single client and we do not have at least one other passenger 12 hours before the tour’s departure, we will contact you to reschedule or refund any deposit.

  • We charge 50% of the tour fee for cancellations on the day of the tour’s departure.

  • All prices are for join-in tours. Please contact us if you like a quote for a private tour or custom itinerary.

  • We offer complimentary use of our high-quality rain-coats and helmets. Please bring your own sun block and sunglasses. We also provide complimentary beach towels for day use at our beach lounge at the end of the tour.

  • All drinks and snacks provided en route are complimentary. At the last stop, we provide either lunch and a drink or tapas and a sunset cocktail (Option 2 only). If you want to drink more at the beach bar, please bring some cash.

  • Do bring your video or photo camera, you can relax on the back of the bikes and are free to take pictures.

  • We support international NGO's working with the local community, if you would like to learn more about or like to support these projects please ask your tour leader.

  • In case of bad weather or flooding, we reserve the right to cancel or re-schedule the tour. Clients will be notified and reimbursed. In case of light rain, the tour will depart and we provide raincoats for the clients.

  • The tour starts from 19 Phan Chau Trinh Street in Hoi An Ancient Town and ends at Soul Kitchen on An Bang Beach. We do not provide standard transfers to and from the clients' hotel. A transfer can be easily arranged upon request, or alternatively we can provide a trustworthy local taxi. Hotel pick-up and drop-off is not included but can be arranged at a $7USD surcharge per person (2-way transfer).

  • We operate under an International tourism license and management.

  • We offer complimentary insurance (please provide us with your details 12hrs in advance of the tour’s departure).

  • All our tours include professional English-speaking guides, complimentary souvenir, entrance fees, visits, snacks and drinks!!

  • Max Group Size: 10pax.
